Using your psychic ability you will begin to understand people and yourself. Strange energies will just hit you and change your mood swing. When talking to people you can really feel what they are going through when you have not been through it yourself. When you walk into an area you may get tearful and strange emotions over whelming you when you may not have a reason for it. This is empathy, a skill to help you understand people so you can talk to them and help them to heal; it’s a hard skill to control but worth its while.
With empathic comes telepathic in time, this is because you will be growing and putting yourself in people’s shoes that it will later grow and you can place yourself inside their head to really understand people. I myself have used my telepathic skills on people, but I can only get people to do small things as my voice becomes their minds thought. Maybe one day it will grow and be enough to change lives and help people in love.
Again you have to be careful with this skill and not use it for personal gain or negativity; I would only use it if I knew I truly had to.
Sometimes when you are so open to your empathic skill that you have to block it as you may walk on a bus and suddenly be in floods of tears, to do this you must come to terms with grounding, it is not healthy to remain floating as you begin to rely on spirit all the time and we are on this earth to be human, and its nice to seek guidance or be someone who can share that guidance but you cant help others if you cant help yourself so stay grounded.
